By purchasing, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SMEPro Orchestrator Individual is a cloud-based AI business orchestration platform that provides:

AI-powered specialist agents for business analysis and content generation
App Builder with live code preview and deployment
Data-aware analysis of uploaded datasets (CSV, XLSX)
AI-powered web search and research capabilities
File management and session persistence

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Plans and Pricing

The Service is offered through the following one-time purchase tiers via WarriorPlus:

Starter ($49) — Core AI engine with 5 specialist agents
Creator ($78) — Full platform including App Builder and all 10 agents
Scale ($149) — Enterprise features including priority routing and white-label options

Prices are one-time payments, not subscriptions. Tier features are subject to change with notice.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service, contact our support team within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
Share your account credentials with third parties
Use automated systems to access the Service beyond normal usage
Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the Service
Resell access to the Service without authorization

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, and documentation, is owned by SMEPro Technologies. Content you create using the Service (code, documents, analyses) belongs to you.

8. Data and Privacy

We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Uploaded files are processed for analysis purposes and are not shared with third parties.

9. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service depends on third-party infrastructure (Google Cloud, AI model providers) that may experience outages.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". SMEPro Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your plan.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
