Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SMEPro Technologies monthly reporting platforms ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity (such as an oil and gas operator), you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

2. Use of Services

SMEPro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for your internal business purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the IOS+ Middleware Engine or COS+ database.
• Evade any multi-tenant workspace isolation rules or attempt to access another tenant's data.
• Transmit any automated filings with intentionally falsified well API, lease, or production math data.

3. Operator Data & Compliance Verification

You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to all production records, inventory levels, and coordinates uploaded to the Services. You acknowledge that:

• The Services run deterministic mathematical calculations to verify inventory balance consistency.
• You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all generated PDF and EDI flat-file reports prior to submission.
• Signed audit trails committed to the COS+ immutable ledger represent legally binding records of filing generation and consent.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your workspace access if we detect a breach of these Terms, malicious attempts to cross tenant boundaries, or failure to maintain current subscription fees.
